I have dedicated the past 14 years of my professional career to the field of infrastructure land acquisition. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous landowners in determining and securing their rightful compensation entitlements. Sam brings over 15 years of experience in the property industry, including the past 5 years specialising in Public Works Act negotiations. He has worked extensively on Crown and Local Government acquisition projects, including major roading, rail, service infrastructure and education developments.

With a deep understanding of the relevant legislation and a strong background in both private and public sector processes, Sam is known for his compassion, clarity, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for his clients. His approach is grounded in transparency and respect, ensuring landowners are informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
