Negotiations often commence with the acquiring authority offering you compensation assessed by their chosen valuer. You are under no obligation to accept this figure and its often only a reflection of part of your full entitlement to compensation.

As with all acquisitions there are many hidden impacts that aren't immediately visible. With my experience working on complex acquisitions, I will work with you to get a greater understanding of all the impacts on you and your property or business.

Once the impacts are well understood, I will work with you, the necessary experts (valuers, etc.), and the acquiring authority to determine the appropriate compensation or mitigation actions required.
